1. Do you redesign only VidBazaar templates?
Yes, we mainly redesign our display ads templates. As we continually add new designs, our clients have a wide range to choose from for their business. However, we're open to designing new visuals from the ground up. Send your project details to hello@vidbazaar.com.
2. Can you explain the ‘Redesign Plan’?
You can select up to 4 display ads designs from our Patreon store collection every month (1 every week). They can be any Canva and/or PowerPoint design, any aspect ratio.
3. What are the steps involved?
You need to send your inquiry (see above). Here are the steps to follow:
a} Select WYSIWYG template(s) from our collections of display ads at Patreon shop.
b} Copy the SKU Codes in the product descriptions.
c} Send redesign inquiry with SKU Codes.
d} After we confirm, pay via PayPal, and send all images for your ads.
e} Suggest changes in ad copy and/or colors in the templates.
f} We now redesign for you.
g} Up to 2 revisions for each ad.
h} We complete & deliver ads in MP4 every 5-6 days for each batch.
4. Can we know the progress of redesigning work by you?
Yes, sure. We use collaborative tools like Picter, Trello, or Slack to keep you in the loop as the work progresses. So, no worry!
5. What will I receive when a design is complete?
You may want any or all of the following for each completed design:
a/ HD MP4 display ad for PowerPoint or Canva, ready for launch.
b/ PPTX PowerPoint template OR link to Canva template, as the case may be, for your use.
c/ JPEG images of products pages/slides.
6. My company needs more than 5 redesigns every month..
Let us know your requirements. We’ll be able to confirm after reviewing our present commitments.
7. Does your service renew every month?
No, there are no contracts, and the plan does not renew automatically. We appreciate that your needs may vary, so we leave to you (clients) for renewal whenever you wish to re-order a new batch of 5 video ads.
