Frequently Answered Questions
1. Are the video templates entirely made in PowerPoint?
Yes, all the video templates are created with PowerPoint. No other tools have been used for making any video template.
2. Which edition of PowerPoint is used for the video templates?
We use PowerPoint 365, which is a part of Microsoft 365 suite of tools. PowerPoint 365 was part of Office 365 when the latter was launched on 28 June 2011. Recently, on 21 April 2020, Office 365 is renamed as Microsoft 365. PowerPoint 365 is auto-updated whenever there are new releases.
3. Are the video templates suitable for use on Mac?
We’ve used the Windows version of PowerPoint 365 to create the video templates. While we don’t guarantee their performance on a Mac, an ideal solution could be to test their performance by using some free templates that we give here for download.
4. What do we get to download after buying a template?
Immediately upon completing a purchase, you’ll get the link to download PowerPoint video template you had chosen. It’ll be a ZIP file containing mainly the .pptx file. You need to unzip it to use it on your computer. Read more here.
5. Will the downloaded templates have the same contents as shown in display videos?
Yes, every template comes with the images and fonts as you see in the display videos on this site. Each element in a template is properly labeled in the Selection Pane. Also, you’ll know the fonts used in the Note section of the first slide. The images are from sources like Pixabay, Unsplash, Undraw, and PowerPoint stocks.
6. Do you offer refunds?
No, we don’t. As the templates are downloadable in their entirety, we do not offer any refund on purchases. More..
