1. What tools do you use for designing video ads?

Every video ad is designed in both PowerPoint and Canva. You can use any one or both.

2. Are the video ads ready for publish?

Yes, all templates are ‘publish-ready’. All you need is to change the images, texts, and/or colors to make your unique ads.

3. Can I change the animations?

Yes you can. For Canva, a Pro account may be required. Also, make a copy of a template before changing animations.

4. Will the downloaded templates be same as shown in the designs gallery?

Yes, they are exactly same. In fact, all the ad designs you see here are WYSIWYG templates, meaning ‘What You See Is What You Get’.

5. What will I receive when I download a template?

With every download you’ll receive a ZIP file that contains 3 separate files – 1/ a WYSIWYG PowerPoint PPTX template file, 2/ a PDF file that links to WYSIWYG Canva template, and 3/ a TXT file for guidance on how to use the template.

6. Do you give refunds on subscriptions?

As our templates are hosted on Patreon, refunds on templates or memberships are guided by their rules. However, we do have a free 7-day trial for Silver Membership, and during this time you have every opportunity to test our ads templates at NIL cost.

FAQs – Redesign Plan

1. Do you redesign only VidBazaar templates?

Yes, we only redesign our display ads templates. We continually add new designs, so you have a wide range to choose from. However, we’re open to designing new visuals from the ground up. Send your project details to hello@vidbazaar.com.

2. Can you explain the ‘Redesign Plan’?

You can select up to 4 video ads designs from our Patreon shop collection every month. They can be any Canva and/or PowerPoint design, any aspect ratio.

3. What are the steps involved?

You need to send your inquiry while following the steps below:

  1. Select WYSIWYG template(s) from our collections of video ads.
  2. Copy the SKU Code in the product description.
  3. Send inquiry for redesign on this page along with SKU Codes of chosen designs.
  4. Upon payment, send all images for your ads.
  5. Suggest changes in texts and/or colors in the templates.
  6. We now redesign for you.
  7. Up to 2 revisions for each ad.
  8. We complete & deliver your ads.

4. Can we know the progress of redesigning work by you?

Yes, sure. We use collaborative tools like Picter, Trello, or Slack to keep you in the loop as the work progresses. So, no worry!

5. What will I receive when a design is complete?

You may want any or all of the following for each completed design:

  1. HD MP4 video ad for PowerPoint or Canva, ready for launch.
  2. PPTX PowerPoint template OR link to Canva template, as the case may be, for your future use.
  3. JPEG images of products pages/slides.

6. My company needs more redesigns every month..
